I'm for Legal Immigration.

I don't believe you reward Illegal Activity.

Amnesty is a reward for successfully breaking the law.

Regardless of country of origin, detain and deport.

Country of Origin  Improvement.

Stealing American Job, Education, Services, etc.

What about the families?

We've done it before.

Reasoning:

America is a country of Laws, from the Constitution to the local municipalities. Without the rules of Law you have anarchy.  You cannot have a society based on lawlessness.

Legal Immigration:
if you chose to come here and abid by our laws, Welcome.  If you choose to break our laws, you've shown no respect to our country and history and should be sent home.

Don't Reward Illegal Activity:
It used to be "Don't commit the Crime, if you can't do the time." With any crime there is a corresponding punishment. Why would we allow crimes to go unpunished? With Illegal Immigration the Crime Rate goes up with unintentional consequences. Fraud of Welfare, SSN benefits, Insurance, Taxes and a host of others.  The Immigration status is just the start of a crime spree  committed to stay here.

Amnesty is a Reward:
If I rob a bank and don't get caught for 5, 10, or 20 years do I get to Keep the money? No, of course not.  Statue of Limitations does not expire on most federal offenses. So to give Amnesty for people here for any amount of time is Insane.

Country of Origin:
We have estimated 20+ million Illegal Aliens in this country, some from South of the border, Some from East and Some from West, regardless of Country of Origin, a plane, train or Bus ticket should be used.  Personally I don't care what country they are from as long as they go back and come in legally.

Country of Origin  Improvement:
How can their country improve when we keep encouraging their Best and Brightest, Most Educated and  Motivated People to come here.  They are taken advantage of the entire trip so we can further take advantage of them here with reduced wages and scare tactics to keep them in line.  How can a caring person suggest that someone, pay upwards of Tens of Thousands of dollars, possible muggings, kidnapping, Sex Slave, rape, and  murder to come here?

Illegal's are Stealing jobs from American Workers: - That's a fact.   For easy math lets use 100 jobs available.  All Union jobs and there are 100 American Union workers and 15 Illegal Aliens, who do you think should get those jobs? I think the American should get them. If your in a Union, your Union wants them to come and join.  That's so they can collect the Union dues, but how many Union Brothers will be out of work or have reduced hours so one of the Illegal's can work? Would you work 20 hours a week so an Illegal can have a job?

Illegal's are Stealing our Children's Education:
In California the Tax Payers are financing Millions of dollars a year for Public Schools which are rated 49th in the country.  Over Crowded Classrooms, ESL programs, Gangs, etc. etc are some of the causes.  But being overrun with Illegal Immigrants children is a Leading Contributor.  A Public Education is not even a Constitutional Right for American Citizens, so why should it be one for Illegal Aliens?  Your children are suffering from you not speaking out.  Your Children's Education is substandard because of mis-directed programs and funding. 

Illegal's are Stealing our Services:
We have a finite amount of Resources and Services available. Resources like: Jobs, Water, Food, Land, Electricity, Gas, Etc.  Each Illegal in this country consumes YOUR resources and drives the cost up.  Law of Supply and Demand, with 20 million Illegal's gone,;
Jobs - More Available Jobs
Wages - Go up because of demand
Water-Prices and need for info structure go down
Food-Prices should go down - possible net Zero Gain
Land- Prices should drop, less demand
Electricity-should drop, less demand
Gas prices should drop - Less Demand
Those are only a couple of areas, but you can clearly see, if we have more than what is demanded, prices go down. Simple Fact.

Families:
Everyone clam is if you deport one you break up a family. Every crime when punished has an impact on a family.  Going back to the Bank Robbing example,  Say I rob a bank and give the money to my son. I'm later caught, does my son get to keep the money?  No of course not. The anchor baby law needs to be changed.

President Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of all illegal aliens in order to make the jobs available to American citizens that desperately needed work. Approximately one-million Mexicans were sent home during this endevor.

Heavily Fining the Companies the hire Illegal Aliens and put a couple people in jail should fix the issue very quickly. E-Verify should work nicely to ensure that we are hiring Legal Immigrants and Citizens.
