Vote the PERSON, not the PARTY!

Can we make a difference? YES, both Main Parties have strayed from the core values they once represented.  In doing so they have isolated party members along the way.  Both parties have forgotten that they work for us. Out of Control? I believe so.

By supporting me as your candidate for Congress, you are sending a statement to Washington D.C. that you are tired of Business as Usual Party Politics, Special Interest group agendas being put before the Peoples interest, and Unrepresented Views, such as; Cap and Trade and Amnesty.

Please spend a few of your precious minutes reading though the issues, contemplate solutions and then work with me to make some changes that will have a POSITIVE effect on you and your family.

I, John A. Smith, do solemnly swear, that when elected to represent the people of the 39th District of California:

•  I will obey the strictest interpretation of the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights (free Copy avalible here Heritage Foundation)
   
• I will not accept ANY contributions from ANY Special Interest Group, Lobbyist, or ANY Corporate Donations.
• 
   If elected, I will Donate a minimum of $15,000 of my annual salary, a year for each year I serve, to Local non-profits that teach course work on Constitutional Principles.
  
  
•  Work to repeal laws that have reduced your personal Freedoms.
  
  
•  Reduce Tax Burden on Individuals and Families
  
  
• Support legislation to "Audit the Fed."
  
  
• Support legislation that "Transitions" the Governement out of peoples daily lives.
  
  
• Work to repeal NAFTA and other Policies that give Foriegn Countrys an unfair advantage over American Workers.

Endorsements: I will not be actively seeking Endorsements from large Political Groups or Unions.  I don't want the Upper Elites to endorse me, I feel that is were the special interest problems begin. I want THE PEOPLE to use the Ballot. When you see large list of endorsements for a candidate, be aware of what they promised in return for that endorsement.
